The delamination of packaged products is mainly caused by the poor strength of adhesives. It is recommended to select some products from formal manufacturers, which can not only ensure the strength, reduce humidity, add stiffness, but also improve the quality and level of packaged products.

There are two types of glue used in the domestic joint (corrugated and double mounted):

1. Oxidized starch and water glass adhesive are cheap and have certain viscosity, so they are still used in some manufacturers with low grade packaging and low cost requirements. However, due to their strong alkalinity, sometimes the packaging will appear yellowing, softening, moisture absorption and brittleness, which will affect the printing quality of the ink. Various faults occur frequently on the printing surface, so they belong to the low grade adhesive that should be eliminated.

2. Polyvinyl acetate emulsion modified adhesive, which is an environment-friendly adhesive with high bonding strength and fast drying, is widely used now, but its price is relatively high, and it is also divided into high, middle and low grades. Generally speaking, the higher the price is, the greater the strength is, and the smaller the water content is. High grade packaging box products generally use this kind of high-quality glue.
